Job Description
Responsible for supporting Groups Sales department by sourcing hotels, managing RFPs, and ensuring timely follow-up to align with client needs, budget, and location preferences, aiming to win the clients' business. Consistently meet ambitious monthly sales targets to drive business growth and achieve team objectives. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and hotel partners to facilitate seamless group bookings. Source and book group projects using Engine’s internal database and CRM (Salesforce). Assist with process improvements and contribute to the growth and scalability of the Groups Team. Handle additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team’s success.
