Job Description
This role involves building and leading the demand generation and growth marketing strategy, aligning with Descript’s GTM and revenue goals.
It requires developing and improving systems to scale pipeline generation and owning MQLs through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
The role includes partnering with leadership to drive alignment on funnel KPIs and mentor a team of growth marketing professionals as well as enhancing marketing automation and reporting using AI powered tools.
It also involves a analytical mindset with strong command of marketing metrics and attribution skills.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills are needed to translate insights into scalable, creative programs.
