Customer Marketing Manager

As a Customer Marketing Manager at HackerOne, you’ll play a crucial role in building a customer communication program and scaling our customer advocacy engine. Your main focus will be to find enthusiastic customers, share their stories, and highlight their achievements across different channels. This involves strengthening relationships, enhancing our brand image, and boosting the pipeline by promoting customer stories and managing cross-sell and expansion campaigns. Your role also includes working with the Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to spot key customers, collect feedback, and share insights to improve the product roadmap. Key responsibilities include driving customer communication, developing customer advocacy, creating compelling content, managing the reference program, sourcing speakers, and supporting campaigns and events. Additionally, you'll develop cross-sell and expansion campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, manage customer research, and track program performance.
