A Day in the Life:
- Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Help callers select optimal storage spaces.
- Demonstrate core values to impact company growth.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to work assigned full-time shifts with flexible schedule.
- Experience in customer service/sales-based call center is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Call Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 am-11:00 pm EST.
- Work schedule may include shifts during operating days/times, including nights and weekends.
- Flexibility and availability for scheduling is a must.
