You will own critical platform components across application code, databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
You will help identify failure modes and scalability gaps before they impact customers and engineering teams.

What You'll Do:

Design and build queueing pipelines, storage access layers, caching strategies, schedulers, and rate limiters.
Operate large-scale databases with careful schema design, sharding, replication, and safe migrations.
Investigate production incidents spanning application, database, messaging, and infrastructure layers.

What You Bring:

4+ years of backend engineering experience with deep expertise in Node.js and/or Go.
Strong systems understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, messaging, Redis, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Ability to write clear design documents and use AI-assisted tools while maintaining production-quality standards.
