Responsibilities:
- Design and standardise operational workflows for early, mid, and late-stage collections and recovery.
- Lead and develop Collections & Recovery Managers in a matrix structure, ensuring alignment between central strategy and local execution.
- Define and oversee external recovery strategies, including legal processes and third-party debt collection agencies.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in collections and recovery within consumer lending, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing multi-market operations and scaling operational functions.
- Deep understanding of delinquency dynamics, recovery drivers, and treatment strategies across the lifecycle.
