Presales Solutions Consultant (AI - Supply Chain Risk Management)

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be the bridge between innovation and impact. Partnering with our Sales and Product teams, you’ll showcase the power of our AI-driven SaaS platform to prospective customers—bringing demos to life, solving real business problems, and translating technical features into compelling business value. This is a high-impact presales role where technical know-how meets strategic storytelling, and where your ability to connect with clients will directly influence our growth. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and technical needs. Develop tailored presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our AI-powered SaaS solutions can address these needs. Work with clients to design and configure solutions based on their specific requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the solution's capabilities, benefits, and ROI. Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and presentations, highlighting the key features, functionalities, and differentiators of our AI-powered solutions. Lead the development of Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to validate the solution’s impact and feasibility, ensuring alignment with customer goals. Provide technical expertise during the sales process, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects. Help identify pain points, propose appropriate solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way. Build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the client organization, including technical teams, business leaders, and executives. Stay up to date on industry trends, AI advancements, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights and position our solutions effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to post-sales, and assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, and other technical documentation.
