Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-scale UX design including research, blueprinting, and evaluating existing systems.
- Manage planning, design, and implementation of multiple sites and applications.
- Collaborate with federal clients and engineers to define and design innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional design experience.
- Expertise in user research methodologies, personas, and user flows.
- Experience with 508 and USWDS standards, and coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS.
