Overview:

• HealthEquity's mission is to save and improve lives by empowering healthcare consumers, with a vision to make HSAs as widespread and popular as retirement accounts by 2030.
• This role owns the SaaS application catalog, a key IT operational capability ensuring consistency, visibility, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage SaaS application evaluations, catalog upkeep, and standards enforcement across the organization.
• Assess technical fit, compatibility, SSO support, and minimum requirements for new and existing applications.
• Lead and prioritize the work of a two-person team without direct reporting authority, turning loosely defined work into clear procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in project management, IT operations, or application administration.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS applications, SSO setup, and maintaining an application inventory or CMDB.
• Strong procedural thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, plus willingness to use AI tools like Claude daily.
