Job Description
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT asset management efficiency.
- Write and document user stories using JIRA and collaborate with developers.
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures for tracking and reporting IT assets.
Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage IT asset-related projects from initiation to completion.
- Write, review, and maintain internal and external standard operating procedures.
- Identify key metrics and dashboards for stakeholders.
IT Asset Management Duties:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT asset management database and tools.
- Assist team with customer tickets/requests as needed.
- Work on various other ITAM (IT Asset Management) related projects.
