Operations Coordinator, College Pads

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator at College Pads to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, growing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing and inputting data, and managing backend administrative functions. You will also focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and team members, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service throughout. Your contributions will help drive efficiency and success as the company continues to grow. The role includes engaging with customers, assisting with data entry and invoice creation, delivering positive experiences for customer base by building relationships and providing service and support and helping customers establish API connections for their listing(s).
