Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with customers, suppliers, resellers, and strategic partners. Advise on product and technology legal matters, including AI use cases and IP rights. Serve as a trusted legal advisor across the business.

The Legal Operations and Contracts Administrator will be a key member of the StarRez Legal team, responsible for administering the contract lifecycle, managing contract workflows, and implementing operational best practices across our global legal function. This role includes supervising a global contracts administrator, serving as the system administrator for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Lexion, and preparing legal performance metrics.
