Technical Responsibilities:
- Configure SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO integrations end-to-end, leading technical coordination with third-party vendors.
- Set up SCIM 2.0 provisioning and implement group-based Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within Okta.
- Deploy Okta application configurations via Terraform within a shared Infrastructure as Code (IaC) repository.
Collaboration and Process:
- Manage ongoing daily access operations, including provisioning/deprovisioning lifecycles and URI/attribute modifications.
- Author, present, and execute Change Advisory Board (CAB) tickets for all production-level modifications.
- Act as the vital bridge between complex identity infrastructure and non-technical business units.
