Event Management Program Manager

As the Event Management Program Manager you will serve as Program Manager on a DoD contract, managing a team that plans and executes approximately 3 large events plus 3 smaller events annually. Ensuring successful execution of events and participant/client satisfaction across multiple areas, including marketing, vendor management, participant experience and attendance, conceptualization of award ceremonies, logistics, and budget management, building effective relationships with government personnel including the COR and government event leads, serving a communications liaison for stakeholders, and overseeing negotiations with vendors. Managing contract and event budgets, solving complex, tactical assignments, creating project management deliverables, managing contract and event risks, and designing and executing administrative processes are also key components of this role.
