Your Responsibilities:
- Manage cumulative project total of $1M annually and achieve profitability goals.
- Develop $750K in new project work and write/review technical reports and proposals.
- Hire and manage subcontractors, mentor staff, and ensure safe performance of project work.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's preferred; professional accreditation.
- 10+ years of technical experience in Environmental Compliance.
- Business development, project management, mentoring, and Microsoft 365/CRM experience.
