Clinical Territory Associate

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role partnering with the Ft Wayne team to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business. The CTA assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic development. Also helps guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons, selling the benefits of technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team quotas. The CTA gains experience in goal setting and attaining, prepares for a quota-bearing role, and manages tasks like reporting sales and submitting expenses. One year of leadership or outside sales experience and a bachelor's degree are required. The role involves up to 25% travel, with nights and weekends as needed.
