Senior Product Manager, Program Operations

As a Senior Product Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the overall efficacy and impact of the product features in your area of responsibility. You will own the customer voice for your product area and prioritization for your cross-functional team of designers and engineers. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-departmental partners like Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to deeply serve customers throughout their Vanta journey. The Program Operations team at Vanta builds the systems and workflows that help customers operate high-quality, audit-ready compliance programs powered by AI. As our customers grow in scale and complexity, they rely on Vanta not just for compliance automation, but for running their programs day-to-day. You will be responsible for scaling and evolving the tools that help teams track program progress, act on audit findings, continuously improve their programs, and executive reporting. You’ll keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving market landscape and drive differentiation with an AI-first mindset. You’ll join a fully staffed team with a strong roadmap, including improvements to issue management and reporting, and the opportunity to drive meaningful impact for both our customers and the business.
