You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping scalable system architectures and technical standards that directly impact business performance, all while working in a fast-paced, agile environment combining the energy of a start-up with the stability and resources of a Fortune 100 company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that support underwriting and distribution processes. Architect and implement cloud-hosted, responsive Salesforce applications integrating Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and related technologies. Drive security best practices by configuring and enforcing Salesforce’s security models. Mentor junior engineers in coding standards, code reviews, and Agile best practices. Identify and solve systemic challenges by analyzing patterns across teams and delivering effective, scalable solutions.
