Workday Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team. Analyze business processes to find areas for improvement. Work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements. Gather and document business requirements and turn them into Workday specifications. Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications. Help with the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.
