Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage purchase orders for services, equipment, and materials across all functions, ensuring compliance and timely close-out.
• Administer PO amendments, change orders, and extensions in coordination with project managers and Legal.
• Maintain clean, auditable procurement records including approvals and supporting documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or contract administration with direct PO ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with procure-to-pay platforms and ERP systems; strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in oil and gas or nuclear energy sector; PMP, CPSM, or CPP certification.
• Exposure to regulated-industry procurement compliance; experience with Coupa, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Ariba.
• Commercial experience in a high-growth or newly public company.
