Role Overview:
- Support regional and divisional teams in analyzing land prospects to maximize profit from existing and proposed assets.
- Manage land data, track critical timelines, and communicate with departments on land positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research using GIS, Google Earth, and external websites to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
- Review due diligence information and develop proformas and valuations for land investments.
- Prepare lot committee presentations and maintain accurate land files and databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in construction or a similar role; real estate and market research experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, GIS, Google Earth, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
