Job Description
The Senior Customer Lifecycle Analyst will support our marketing department’s industry-leading performance by being a technical expert and strategic guide.
Responsibilities include technology, architecture and data management, assisting the marketing team with implementation and data requirements, building customer attributes, and partnering with engineering teams.
The analyst will also be responsible for campaign performance, problem-solving, and identifying growth opportunities to support strategic business decisions. The analyst will evaluate promotion effectiveness and analyze customer behavior to identify insights.
Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards, creating reports, and leveraging data from the data warehouse.
The Senior Customer Lifecycle Analyst will report to the Executive Vice-President Analytics and work in close collaboration with the Customer Marketing Director.
