Werkstudent im Bereich Change Management – remote möglich (w/m/div.)

The Werkstudent will support in the conception and implementation of presentations, meetings, and workshops, to involve managers and employees in the IT and process project, to obtain their feedback and to shape the change together. Furthermore, you will create surveys and evaluate them in order to regularly measure the change success. You will create content and independently update our project communication channels (intranet pages, MS Teams channels and other platforms). In cooperation with various project members, you will write target group-specific project communications to promote understanding of the project and acceptance throughout the organization. Last but not least, you bring your knowledge from your studies and your own ideas into the project.
