Accounting Lead

Responsibilities:

• You'll manage client relationships and own month-end close for 20-40 startups.
• You'll train and supervise a preparer team to ensure accurate financials and strong margins.
• You'll communicate directly with founders via Slack and email to address questions and streamline reporting.

Qualifications:

• You have 3-5 years of accounting experience with strong month-end close and financial reporting.
• You have experience reviewing the work of bookkeepers or junior accountants.
• You are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
