Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activity, review Staff Accountant work, and manage month-end close.
• Review financial statements, maintain accounting controls, and identify issues for Controller communication.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Staff Accountants through technical feedback and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong full-cycle and GAAP-based accrual accounting.
• Experience managing multiple companies or clients simultaneously, ideally in fractional or outsourced settings.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines independently.
