Lead a high-performing team of ~50 CPMs and Team Leads, coaching, mentoring, and inspiring them to consistently deliver top-tier results. Drive operational excellence by designing and refining project management processes that promote quality, speed, and consistency across engagements. Align with company strategy, collaborating with senior leadership to evolve the project management function in support of business goals. Oversee commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget, with a strong focus on profitability. Champion innovation by identifying process improvements, integrating new tools, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Elevate client experience by working closely with Client Success teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded in every project. Build for scale, identifying bottlenecks and implementing lean workflows that support growth. Define and track performance metrics that reinforce accountability, quality, and efficiency across the team. Upskill and develop talent, leading training initiatives that keep the team evolving with customer and market needs.
