Responsibilities:

  • Lead the drafting, alignment, and maintenance of fourteen enterprise ITAM/HAM policies covering the full hardware asset lifecycle.
  • Ensure policies meet VA governance, financial policy, and ServiceNow platform alignment requirements.
  • Manage document version control, lifecycle, and development schedules to support program milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience translating technical information into plain-language documentation for federal IT programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint for document production.

Engagement Details:

  • This is a full-time, remote position performed within the United States supporting Eastern Time hours.
  • The role requires a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder willing to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • The writer will work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, security, and operations teams to develop cohesive policy narratives.
