Responsibilities:

Work with engineering and product teams to create documentation for new product features, API updates, and integrations.
Develop long-term content strategies that organize and make documentation easily discoverable for developers.
Establish writing best practices for internal and external documentation to ensure consistency and usability.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, especially within B2B SaaS environments.
Experience translating complex concepts into concise documentation.
Proficiency with tools such as Markdown, Git, and JIRA.
