This candidate will join the Conversational Cloud Core Product team and play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers understand and utilize our platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive documentation that educates and guides users through the implementation, customization, and optimization of our solutions.

As a Technical Author, you will lead documentation efforts, develop product strategy, and collaborate with colleagues. You'll help the team develop documentation that serves the needs of the product's users. Even the most junior Technical Authors will have the opportunity to develop and demonstrate technical authority.

You will create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for software products, aimed at developers and technical users, including API references, user guides, integration manuals, release notes, and troubleshooting documentation for merchants, partners, and developers.
