Technical Writer (Part-Time Contract)

About the Role:

• Work in a docs-as-code environment to keep technical and product documentation accurate as the platform evolves.
• Take ownership of Solution documentation in a hands-on role, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine AI-generated documentation for releases, ensuring technical accuracy for Solutions.
• Optimize integration guides, tutorials, and maintain the changelog.
• Serve as coverage and backup for the lead technical writer, ensuring business continuity.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience or strong interest in technical writing, with REST API and Git familiarity.
• Markdown fluency and a willingness to learn MDX components.
• Self-direction in a part-time, remote, largely asynchronous role.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $60-75, determined by location and experience.
