Freelance Technical Writer

Scope of work:

• Write and edit API reference documentation (OpenAPI → Markdown).
• Create how-to guides, tutorials and release notes.
• Interview engineers and review pull requests to keep docs accurate.

Requirements:

• 3+ years writing developer documentation.
• Strong command of Markdown, Git and REST concepts.
• A portfolio with 2 public writing samples.

Rate & schedule:

• $45–$60 per hour, 20–30 hours per week.
• 4-month contract with possible extension.
• Invoiced monthly.
