Technical Writer

About the Role:

• Lead, scale, and optimize product and developer documentation as an information architect and workflow innovator.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI documentation tools, prompt engineering, and modern automation to streamline content creation.
• Keep documentation technically accurate, end user focused, and optimized for human readers and AI retrieval systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage documentation using Docs-as-Code workflows in GitHub, including Markdown, branches, PRs, and code reviews.
• Author and edit API references, developer guides, user how-tos, configuration guides, and release notes for IT admins.
• Design, deploy, and manage in-app onboarding flows, tooltips, and release announcements using Pendo or similar platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Engineer, or Product Content Strategy Specialist in SaaS.
• Proven mastery of GitHub, Markdown, and Static Site Generators within a Docs-as-Code pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and in-app notification tools like Pendo.
