Role Focus:
- Own the administrative recruitment operations, ensuring workflows are organized, accurate, and compliant.
- Maintain candidate records and review postings for inclusive language to support equitable hiring.
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Onboarding Journey:
- In the first 30 days, learn business operations, company mission, and People & Culture systems.
- In the first 60 days, begin handling administrative tasks for recruitment and interview coordination.
- In the first 90 days, own the recruitment process layer and support active hiring operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a people-related role, supporting coordination and administrative tasks.
- Experience coordinating schedules across stakeholders and time zones with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate records.
- Some exposure to interviews and a passion for developing skills in talent acquisition.
