Role Overview:
- You will design, build, and operate the integration layer connecting Quadrivia AI to the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.
- This involves moving clinical data into AI agents and writing AI-generated outputs back into systems of record within a HIPAA-governed environment.
- As the integration lead, you will coordinate multiple parallel integrations and keep standards consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain HL7v2 interfaces (ADT, ORU, ORM) and FHIR R4 integrations including SMART on FHIR and Bulk FHIR.
- Implement integration pipelines on InterSystems IRIS and via aggregators like Redox or Health Gorilla.
- Own reliability, patient-matching integrity, and compliance across every data flow.
About You:
- 10+ years experience with HL7v2 and FHIR integrations in production healthcare environments.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major EHR's interface or API surface.
- Strong programming in Python and understanding of clinical terminologies and HIPAA compliance.
