About the Company:
- Chamber Cardio is rebuilding the system for cardiology, focusing on outcomes over volume.

What You'll Do:
- Own read/write integrations with practice-level EHRs using FHIR, HL7v2, and C-CDA.
- Design clinical notifications (GDMT prompts, care gaps) that land inside provider workflows.
- Support partner and payer data integrations, including eligibility files and claims.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in healthcare technology, EHR implementation, or interoperability.
- Deep hands-on experience with FHIR, HL7v2, and C-CDA.
- AI-native and able to automate work using SQL, Python, or tools like Claude.
