Job Description
As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer service and sales activities. Your key responsibilities include closing and triaging sales opportunities and implementing re-engagement strategies to enhance the health of existing members.
Your primary duties encompass providing excellent customer service and support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. This includes offering first-level technical support, assisting with account and billing inquiries, and gathering customer feedback.
On the sales front, you will identify and engage potential new subscribers, educate prospects on the benefits of CBT Nuggets subscriptions, conduct product demonstrations, close sales, and maintain accurate sales records. Collaboration within internal teams and continuous learning about new product features are also essential aspects of the role.
