The Role:
- You will lead the evolution of Aveni Assist, our flagship AI-powered platform for financial advice firms.
- You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery, driving continuous improvement across core adviser workflows.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You will balance investment between new capabilities, product quality, and platform improvements.
- You will lead discovery with advisers and prospects, using prototypes and experiments to validate ideas.
- You will manage beta programmes and partner with Engineering to ensure high-quality releases.
What We're Looking For:
- You have a proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- You are experienced in leading customer discovery and working closely with Engineering and Design.
- You are analytically rigorous and comfortable using data to make prioritisation decisions.
