- You own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for the Advisor Experience roadmap.
- You make decisions on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs with clarity and speed.
- You set priorities and requirements that development partners build against.
Client Impact:
- You build at-risk advisor identification and transition tools to retain clients when an advisor leaves.
- You deliver advisor playbooks that reduce the risk of departures and client loss.
- You ensure NLC events are logged and acted on consistently inside Aspen.
Technology and AI:
- You build Aspen AI for meeting prep, transcription, and follow-up that give advisors time back.
- You use data and machine learning to surface the right next step for each advisor.
- You leverage AI to make you and the teams building with you faster and sharper.
