Content Creation
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Curriculum Design: Design and maintain strategic learning curriculum for WM advisors and CS staff, including training materials, online resources, playbooks, and AI prompt guides.
- Training Delivery & Enablement: Deliver onboarding and ongoing learning using live, virtual, and self-paced formats; develop AI literacy training with compliance guardrails.
- Stakeholder Advocacy & Process Improvement: Serve as voice of WM teams, identifying gaps and opportunities; partner with Technology, Product, and Compliance to pilot and govern technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or financial licenses a plus.
- Proven experience in training, learning & development, and change management; wealth management experience preferred.
- AI fluency with hands-on experience in generative AI platforms and prompt engineering.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range $120,000 - $145,000 USD, plus incentive compensation.
