About the Role:
- Lead the second line of defense oversight for capital markets risk, including the annual plan and methodologies.
- Partner with Treasury while preserving independent risk conclusions for the Board and committees.
What You Will Do:
- Direct independent evaluation of funds management, liquidity risk, and contingency funding.
- Challenge prepaid deposit assumptions, interest rate risk models, and scenario designs.
- Monitor exposure limits and key risk indicators, escalating breaches as needed.
What You Will Need:
- 12+ years in banking or financial services with capital markets experience.
- Strong understanding of liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and regulatory expectations.
