Role Overview:
- Own functional business analysis for Softdocs's Etrieve software implementations.
- Work across multiple projects and teams to anticipate and manage changes.
- Report to the Manager of Professional Services.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to identify document handling and workflow processes.
- Deliver documentation and action plans for a successful onboarding experience.
- Drive training to ensure clients achieve excellence and desired outcomes.
