Job Description
As a NOC Engineer, the key role is to ensure maximum service availability for IMS Connect clients. Responsibilities include handling incidents, proactively monitoring the network, contributing to documentation, and supporting ongoing improvements in service quality. The team is currently distributed across Ireland, the UK, and Poland.
The role involves answering incoming customer calls and logged tickets via ConnectWise, taking ownership of assigned tickets and delivering timely communication. You will monitor network health, conduct root cause analysis, follow SOPs to troubleshoot incidents, update the knowledge base, and escalate issues when needed while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.
