Animation Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operational management of the Animation department.
• Maintain accurate Jira tickets, including estimates, statuses, priorities, and ownership.
• Track end-of-day updates, time logging, and identify inconsistencies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with animators, Animation leadership, Production, Design, Code, Tech Animation, and VFX.
• Capture actions from meetings and ensure they are tracked.
• Follow up on outstanding decisions and resolve gaps.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in game production or related role focused on Animation.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with Jira.
• Good understanding of game development pipelines.
• Previous Animation Production experience strongly preferred.
