Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional AI projects to enhance user experience and game development pipelines.
- Bridge communication and align teams across East Coast and Europe time zones.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, improve production processes, and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software project management experience with 3+ in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
Additional Information:
- Position can be hybrid/in-office or fully remote.
- Estimated pay range: $108,100 - $178,400 CAD annually.
