Job Description
A Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is the first line of support to the Strategic Account Director. In this position, the SAMs will manage projects under the direction of the Strategic Account Director, and having mastered the responsibilities outlined below, eventually assume their own book of business as a Strategic Account Director (StrAcctDir). The SAM will work hand-in-hand with the StrAcctDirs to meet and exceed their goals through support and execution of their core responsibilities. Responsibilities include understanding client business challenges, helping clients define and achieve their business goals, preparing strategic plans, managing client relationships, proposing ideas, and continuously offering unsolicited strategies to enhance client activities.
