Lead Buyer - Strategic Procurement

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of strategic buyers while managing key manufacturer relationships and contract negotiations.
• Develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies to ensure growth, profitability, and competitiveness.
• Analyze performance using KPIs such as margin, sales, delivery performance, and derive actionable measures.

About You:

• You have a completed degree in business administration, procurement, supply chain management or equivalent.
• You have several years of experience in strategic procurement and have led a small team.
• You have strong negotiation skills, data-driven thinking, and fluency in German and English.
