Position Overview:

  • Provide technical leadership in health economics, costing, and financial analysis for HIV, TB, and MNCH programs.
  • Develop costed investment cases and financing-gap analyses to inform sustainability planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead triple elimination investment cases in Lesotho, Tanzania, and other GHSD-supported countries.
  • Assess cost-efficiency of service delivery models and integrate costing data into dashboards.
  • Build capacity of country staff and ministries of health in costing methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in health economics or related field with 7-10 years of experience.
  • Expertise in costing methods and experience with US government funded programs.
  • Strong technical writing and quantitative data analysis skills.
