Role Overview:
- You will own the tuck-in playbook and lead integrations from post-LOI through Day 100.
- This is a builder's job focused on creating repeatable processes for absorbing $2M–$10M contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly run integrations coordinating with finance, HR, IT, marketing, and the acquiring brand's GM.
- Design technician retention programs including offers, benefits transition, and pay plan mapping.
- Lead system conversions to ServiceTitan, ERP, and HRIS without service interruption.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in M&A integration or operations leadership with at least two end-to-end integrations.
- Experience in home services, skilled trades, or multi-site technician-driven businesses.
- Strong project management discipline and willingness to travel 40-60%.
Work Environment:
- Remote (USA) with 40-60% travel to acquisition sites.
- Reports to CEO with direct involvement in deal execution and strategy.
