Coordinate integration activities across multiple acquired companies and functional workstreams.
Maintain the master integration tracker including milestones, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and status.
Prepare concise weekly executive reporting on progress, blockers, and required interventions.

Problem Solving & Execution:

Investigate blockers, determine resolutions, and escalate appropriately.
Support CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and content organization as capacity allows.
Develop repeatable marketing processes and workflows while maintaining action registers.

Required Skills:

Highly organized with ability to manage many moving pieces and create structure in ambiguity.
Takes ownership, communicates clearly, and knows when to solve independently vs. escalate.
Strong AI, PowerPoint, Excel skills and experience with CRM and project-management platforms.
