Position Overview:
- Owns the integration playbook and 100-day onboarding for every Cobalt acquisition
- Reports to VP, Operational Excellence and partners with value-creation team and partner-company leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the plan before close with a written Day-1 and 100-day integration plan
- Own announcement and communication to ensure all stakeholders know changes and timing
- Get every acquisition fully onboarded within 100 days on time and scope
Qualifications:
- Runs post-merger integration at pace, building and executing Day-1-to-100 plans
- Leads multiple concurrent workstreams to a deadline
- Builds operating systems and playbooks that outlast their creator
